INGREDIENTS

  • 4 salmon filets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 teaspoons The Jerk Man’s Caribbean Curry Dry Rub
  • Grapeseed oil (or any other high smoke point oil)
  • Dried Parsley, for garnish

COOK

Step 1
Start broiler. Place oven rack 4 inches from heat.

Step 2
Pat salmon dry then rub oil all over. Place salmon on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.

Step 3
Shake The Jerk Man’s Caribbean Curry Dry Rub on top and bottom of salmon. Make sure the salmon is coated evenly.

Step 4
Broil 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 5
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
