INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 tsp of The Jerk Man’s Spicy Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub
- 3 TB of butter
- 1 lime (1/2 lime zested and 1/4 lime juiced)
- 10 cups of popped popcorn
COOK
Step 1
In small saucepan, combine butter, lime juice (from 1/4 of lime) and Jerk Dry Rub. Melt over low heat 1-2 minutes.
Step 2
In large bowl, toss popcorn with jerk butter mixture and zest (from 1/2 of lime) until evenly coated.
