INGREDIENTS
1- 1/2 ounces of The Jerk Man’s Spicy Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub
2- TB of Real Jamaican Browning

STEP 1
In a bowl put 1 lb of chicken parts and pat dry.
Add 4 tbs of Real Jamaican Browning.
Rub the browning (for color) into the chicken.
Add 1 ounce of Jerk Man’s Spicy Jamaican Jerk Dry Rub. (More if you want it a little spicier).
Rub into the chicken until it’s evenly distributed.
STEP 2
Let marinade for 2-4 hours.
Set stove to 350 degrees. Let chicken cook until internal temperature of 165.
Or put on a grill and cook low and slow (250 degrees) until internal temperature of 165.
Top it off with a little lime and parsley. Serve!
